Tender data and newspaper advertisements presented in this app remain the property of their respective publishers and official authorities. Bids App does not claim ownership of government tender content and provides it solely for informational reference. Proprietary app design, interface, and subscription features are the intellectual property of Bids App.

All existing and future Intellectual Property in the nature of unregistered or registered rights to any and all patents, copy rights, trademarks and all Intellectual property relating to “BidsApp” shall be the sole property of M/s. Bidsapp 

For this purpose, the term “you” shall mean any person, entity registering, browsing, accessing  Bids App,  

All material including content, information relating to Bids App are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on Bids App is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. 

Any content, information, images, links with respect to the Bids listed though Bids App shall be considered as “Third-Party Content” 

Further, such content shall belong to various third parties. For this purpose, the term “Third-Party” shall mean any person, entity other than M/s. Bids App 

However, M/s. Bids App merely displays such Third-Party Content for enabling you to use Bids App, and shall in no event have any intention in whatsoever manner to acquire any Intellectual Property Rights arising out of such Third-Party Content. Further, M/s. Bids App herein acknowledges and agrees that all Intellectual Property Rights arising out of any Third-Party Content shall belong to solely and exclusively to the respective third-party owners.  

You acknowledge and agree not to use, reuse, and challenge any application, registration of any marks, anywhere in the world. You shall not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such logos, images, marks in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and You must not assist any other person to do so.  

Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other web site or mobile or any communication device or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Any use for which you receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause.
