This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, requiring the publication of Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and related policies for access or usage of Bids App.
Your access to and use of Bids App (“App”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including all applicable policies incorporated herein by reference.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
Bids App is an independent private information aggregation platform. The App does not represent any government entity and does not issue tenders, accept bids, process applications, or provide government services.
The App aggregates and presents publicly available tender advertisements and procurement notices and redirects users to the respective official websites for complete details and participation.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TRANSPARENCY
We charge subscription fees only for organizing, presenting, and providing convenient access to publicly available tender information and associated newspaper advertisements.
Subscription fees:
Do not grant any official status
Do not provide special access to government services
Do not guarantee tender selection or award
All tender applications must be completed only on the respective official websites.
3. GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SOURCES
The App displays information sourced from publicly accessible platforms, including but not limited to:

Users are solely responsible for verifying tender details on the respective official sources.
Source Updates
If additional data sources are added in the future, Bids App will update the list of sources on the website and within the App and notify users in the relevant sections of the platform.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
By registering, accessing, or using Bids App, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years of age
All information provided by you is accurate and lawful
You will use the App strictly in compliance with applicable laws
5. PROHIBITED USE
Users shall not:
Misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
Upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful content
Impersonate any individual or entity
Misrepresent the App as an official or government service
Use App data to harass, defraud, or harm others
Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. INTERMEDIARY DUE DILIGENCE
Bids App complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 & 2022, and shall not host, publish, or transmit unlawful information, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or harmful.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content upon receiving complaints or lawful directions.
7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & LINKS
The App may display third-party content or links, including official portals and newspaper advertisements. Bids App does not own or control such third-party content and assumes no liability for accuracy or availability.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All proprietary elements of the App, including design, layout, software, and subscription features, are the intellectual property of M/s. BIDS APP.
Tender data and newspaper advertisements remain the property of their respective publishers or authorities.
9. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Bids App:
Does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of information
Is not responsible for decisions made based on displayed data
Shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing on the App constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Bids App shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or system failures.
11. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M/s. BIDS APP from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts at Hyderabad, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. MODIFICATIONS
Bids App may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
